Welcome to my AI Laboratory! This is where you will find projects that experiment with AI and leverage it to enable better design and productivity. Recently I have been building coded prototypes for usability testing, creating Claude skills that drive productivity across the team, and working directly in the codebase. Each project started as a real problem worth solving, and AI was how I chose to solve it. I keep this project up to date with what I’m building and learning about.

Coding a prototype for usability testing
What: Full functional coded prototype

Impact: We ran this prototype through user research which yielded more accurate user feedback that directly shaped the redesign sprint and set a new bar for how our team runs UXR on complex flows.
Scaling the Design System With AI
What: Coded prototype and Design System Claude Skill
Tools: Claude Code and Figma MCP
Impact: I trained Claude Code on the MasterClass design system and packaged it as a shareable skill which reduced the time to get started with AI-assisted design and made MasterClass design output accessible to the whole team.
What: AI-generated video and images

Impact: Created a reusable AI video framework that gives the quiz an emotional entry point. Fundamentally changes how the product team generates marketing assets and makes high-quality video assets accessible without a full production pipeline
Making Presentations 3x Faster
What: MasterClass Presentation System Claude Skill

Impact: I trained Claude Code on the MasterClass Presentation Design system and packaged it as a shareable skill which resulted in a 67% reduction in time put into building presentations and unlocked a new level of productivityfor over 200 employees in the company.

What: Coded Internal Tracking Tool

Impact: This project was my first deep exploration of AI-assisted visual development. I created an experiment tracker for the product team in order to learn how to use Cursor. It's now being used across the entire product team to keep track of our test ideas!
What’s Next?
I'm staying close to what's emerging: new tools, new workflows, new ways AI is changing how designers work. I'm currently working directly in the MasterClass codebase, getting more fluent in VS Code, and picking up fundamental coding skills.
The next big project is a full redesign of the MasterClass quiz. I will partner with engineering to ship my code as a live experiment 🚀
